I'm a naturalized citizen. I have a shiny certificate that allows me to have a US passport, TWIC, Hazmat, guns, property, business etc etc. Blah de blah.

I can still - after 14 years as a 'Naturalized Citizen' , be thrown out of this country for certain crimes - telling lies on my application, violence and terrorism. Though rarely does it happen, I can be 'denaturalized'.

I'm streets ahead of the blatant disregarders of this country's laws that are running up and down the road beside me, maiming, injuring, wrecking, and killing folks. For the time and effort involved in doing things 'the right way', it's a slap in my face to see it.

I can only hope it becomes law. And F any argument against my stance - I did it the right way, so can you - is my answer.

I'm a grateful guest of this country - and behave appropriately. I wish all others, born here or not - would do the same.

TBH, working in the trades, most "Immigrants" I worked with were %100 pissed off when they did it right, and here comes Jorge undercutting the entire system to work under the table, just to western union his money back home every week.

Hopefully with the Exon Mobile ruling this will all get pushed back. I believe the whole EPA is illegal all on its own. Pretty sure Congress did not pass the laws but have not confirmed it myself.

 

I am not sure that is completely correct. Since CDL schools was allowing the foreign drivers that could not speak English take test in another language. Seen it first hand at the school I went to. They also failed the people on the driving and was surprised they even did that. One dude from Africa had been 3 times through the school and paid each time. He thought he paid for the CDL and had the right to have it even though he could not back a truck up. Was in my class the 3rd time he went through. Dude was super bad but I believe he finally got his license some how.

 

See this is from Oregon. I wonder if that is the same for every state? They are pretty Far out there in that area and make up ####. Ha Ha

 

Very well wrote. I sure do love the people that come here the right way and make a better life for themselves. This is the only way it should be done. Seen lots of people that make me proud they have become a citizen and joined our beloved USA.

 

Same here. The test was offered on audio tape, also with an interpreter if needed. 1992.
