Arkansas Bill Passed Fining Truck Drivers For Inability To Speak English - 4/12/2025

New Bill Passed That Will Fine All American Truck Drivers For Not Being Able To Speak English In AR

 

1) This bill is not only aimed at foreign truck drivers, but American truck drivers as well. The fines, if I heard the video correctly, are $500 and $1,000.
2) The bill also includes provisions about having a proper CDL along with having other proper documentation needed by the truck driver.
3) Truck drivers, like the rest of the population, probably don't have that much cash at their disposal.

Why exclude Quebec?? Doesn't Quebec have maps, newspapers, road signs, paper work for shipping & receiving clerks, etc.??
