Are there any trucker type jobs using your own vehicle?

Are there any type of jobs where I can drive trucker miles(500+ per day) and use my own vehicle? Like I can transport the materials in the trunk and hopefully bring my dog along?

    Or a mule smuggling Mexican's..........
Most everyone puts them in the trunk & runs 500+ miles...

I'm sorry, I couldnt help myself with that one.
Seriously, what you're asking is not a realistic theory.
A car... no.... not even... not if, maybe or but.
As @cuzzin it said, a hotshot is your best bet. But you gotta be on your toes and know the industry well as your really limiting yourself with a hot shot. Many people get into it, but many of those fail. This is a hard industry & people get swallowed up daily in this business.

I always say, if you gotta ask a question that basic, you dont know enough about this industry to get into it. Get your CDL, drive for someone else & get some experience in the industry.

You could do door dash, but it's like 5 miles... not 500 miles, and.... your dog is gonna lick the ladies sauce.

That's not unusual, just not the drugs I'm sure you are referring to. I worked for a courier service out of Milwaukee, and delivered pharmaceuticals to drug stores, nursing homes, hospitals, etc., with my own minivan. They had a contract with Walgreens, and I used to pick up bulk from Madison going to Milwaukee, it filled a 24 ft. straight truck every night. You never saw so many prescriptions. Package delivery too is big, but not sure about your own vehicle. You won't get 500 miles doing package delivery, and not really sure what you are getting at. Trucks drivers hardly make 500 a day legally.

You can look into being an oversize load pilot car. I don’t know how busy they stay, what kind of money can be made, or what the learning curve is but might be something to check into.
