Hey guys,
If I wanted to find some same-day loads for my box truck, are there any good apps out there that can help with that?
I can't find much of anything like an expedited load board or expedited app that consolidates the market place.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Are there any good expedited freight apps out there for a new box truck driver?

There isn't a board or an app.
Expedited freight is saturated with trucks.
But if you are serious, go here ...

Have never seen anybody do good with a box truck. There is not enough work for them

Yeah from what I gathered, its saturated because it was easy pickin's… at first you could've made money, then everyone realized you backed up a shorter truck (and the truck was in some cases easier to drive) and you got to be home everyday and that money went bye-bye.
I'm a newbie and I already understand..... it seems the younger you are the quicker buck you think you're going to make, and the easier you want the work to be. Amazon has its own owner/operator deal... you buy the big 'Sprinter" van and drive all over.... great deal.... home every night, easy driving in the burbs.... then you see the peanuts you get paid and realize the hole is pretty deep. The shorter the truck, the shorter the workload... that's as mythical as the holy grail.
Like I said, I'm a newbie... but just from what I have seen, if it sounds easy.… it usually isn't....and the pay is more than likely a pittance.
It takes work, and the willingness to do so... you want it easy, don't expect it in this industry.
….and to think I'm the one with the positive attitude.TylerP58 and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -
