    As long as they don't broker freight.

    It would be illegal if they used the authorization from their client - carriers to book loads using their MC# and then instead of assigning the loads to the original MC#, for which they booked a load officially, they reshuffle the loads onto yet someone else.

    The legal way for it to work is the dispatch service works for the owner and books the load with thenservice taking a cut but not billing through the service.
