I'm trying to find out some info on dot foods. The company looks promising but the pay seems to be all over the place. Is it guaranteed 80k a year for no touch driver?
They also seems to hire new CDL owners. How's the turn over rate? Are they a good company so sign up for life?
What's your opinion on the driver facing camera?
I'm currently located in Philadelphia and should be applying to the Bear DC in Delaware.
Anyone know some good companies in the region?
Ps. I'm mostly no touch but thinking about pallet moving. I'm 5'3 130lb. How heavy are the boxes and how hard is the work?
Anyone worked for DOT foods?

Can’t answer DOT
But if your in Philly I’d take a look at both
Dietz&Watson and Burris
Burris now owns Honor Foods and does BJs
They’re both next to each other off 95 on Tacony St just north of the Betsy Ross -

The high driver satisfaction is actually why I'm really interested in the company. It really seem like a company you can work till retirement.

@J4yPanda --
FYI -- You don't say here what CDL endorsements you have (if any) -- but....just in case you weren't aware, already -- to qualify for driver work at DoT, you will need to have BOTH tanker AND hazmat endorsements (you'll be more attractive to them of course if you have those endorsements already when you apply for the job).
Note also: since the CDL market is especially tight right now -- carriers like DoT are being more picky about who they bring on.
The (other) point here being: you will likely encounter stiff competition for any positions you apply for there.
