This is kind of a hail mary, but anyone that knows the history of these trucks knows they're a bit unusual, particularly those produced between 1996-98 as they were produced in 2 factories by 2 companies. This one is a Ford. Normally I do the wiring, and I've been doing it a long time and am very careful, but I'm also 31 wks pregnant and this truck was parked tight up against a chain link fence when it stopped starting. I flat out couldn't fit back there. So long story short, someone without the electrical experience tried to replace the starter and crossed the red/blue wire from the push button start to the starter solenoid signal bolt with a solid red wire that is harnessed with the positive cable out to the starter. Now there's nothing at any of the fuse panels. Annoyingly the meager diagram I could find doesn't go this far back in the system. I got him to correct the signal wire, but need to help locate the other end of the power wire to the main fuse panel. Any help would be great - thanks.
Anyone with a wiring diagram for a 1997 Ford Louisville please help...

I have maintenance books and wiring diagrams at my house so I'll take a look tonight when I'm home. Can't be far from a 2000 sterling!
-
Thank you! That'd be a great help.

Were you able to find it or does anyone out there have one. I know it changes every 6 months with these trucks, but probably any of the diagrams from nearby years would be close enough since this is main distribution and doesn't really change that much year to year that I've ever seen.

Sorry for the delay, didn't get home until almost midnight. I have in front of me a Electrical Schematic for the 1999 Louisville and Aeromax. This is stamped 11-05-1997. So this should be exactly what you are looking for! Going to try and take pictures of it for you

Thank you - that's it. Is there any way you can give me what is right below that as well, where the wire 37 goes to?

Thank you very much. I should have said I have a Cat C15.
Big_D409 Thanks this. -
