I have never been marked late at a Walmart, however I noticed at one of the dc's the other day a sign that basacially said if you're in the waiting area before your appointment time, but it takes them more then 10 minutes past your time to get checked in, your automatically late...how are we as drivers supposed to know they could have a large amount of us showing up at the same time, and it take them 30 to 45 minutes to get me in a window, I take a huge issue as I feel like this policy makes it easy to screw a driver, or put blame on them when it's not there fault, I can come up with a number of unknown factors, real world situations, and some extreme situations where this policy could #### a driver over...and wonder what would happen if I got a large amount of drivers to petition the company and point out tht it is unfair to us of we could get them to change it, I know most places I deliver to it is never the time to the check in window, but the time you get through the secruity gate (unless the place only has a check in window) guess I'm just ranting here, but like I said I take issue with a policy that states your not late, but because we're slow or have a high volume of loads coming in right now, were gonna call you late

This is Walmart. The scum of the earth. I get there am hour early and drop quick so I can get to the window. That way the lazy pricks won't keep me there over 2 hours without paying.

Wal-Mart isn't that bad, wait to you hit the market in Boston and spend 36 hours trying to get unloaded. welcome to the world of hauling groceries.

Get there an hour and 10 minutes early.

I've seen some drivers just park their truck in front of their door and walk their paperwork in before they're even in the door. Kinda risky, but #### it ... better to ask forgiveness than to wait 12h for a late unload!!!
