20190426_133424.jpg This little bugger is leaking bad, Ive cut the hose off a couple of times and reinserted, but no dice. I have read on the larger ones that you can pull the fitting and replace the o-ring, but for the life of me I can't get this one out.... Any ideas short of replacing the whole manifold?

I considered cutting or drilling out where the fitting goes, and reinstalling a bulkhead style fitting. Something kind of like https://www.amazon.com/Bulkhead-Connect-Fitting-Stainless-Threaded/dp/B07NPGN2KX

I ended up buying the pass through and replacing the whole thing, so I'm not sure if it would have actually worked. On the Volvo one you can see the path it takes if it splits off to something like a sensor.

If you go this route, make sure you have the correct size tubing so you don't end up getting 1/8" fittings and finding out it's 1/4" line.

I wound up getting a new manifold, only to find out Freightliner has gone to a single unit for all models, so if you have a 22 port manifold like me, you still have to put in a "T" and Jerry rig it..... thanks for the idea though. i definitely try th9on the next go round
