    Is there any truth to the rumors I've heard about TMC going under? Or any DIVISION of TMC? Thanks for any help.

    Pretty sure they are just rumors, started on the CB. Even if they filed for bankruptcy, doesn't mean they would stop operating.

    Yes, they went under. Myself and Rawlco paid pennies on the dollar for all their stock. We changed the name to CMT and got into a big legal battle with Country Music Television and lost it all. We sold out to Maverick or was it Arrow, I don't remember. Anyway, all the TMC trucks you see on the highway are all a figment of your imagination. They really are not there. They keep sending me a paycheck every week, I really don't understand that.

    Thanks everyone.Just wanted to clear that up for a friend who kept INSISTING that TMC went under, despite the fact that I keep seeing them rolling with loads on. NOW, maybe he will believe me!! LOL
