Any Tanker company home weekends?

    I have had my CDL since 2012, have my tanker and hazmat. I am going to get twic as well. All of my experience however is oilfield related driving salt water tankers or other oilfield type loads. Are there any companies out there that get you home most weekends for a bit that are tanker companies?

    Most tanker companies Have regional work that's out and back and are home weekends and thru the week. It all depends on how close you are to the terminal. Groendyke is in your area (Ks. Ok.) Theres a recent thread on them.

    Gas hauling, dry bulk, chemicals, other fuels, asphalt oil.... there are dozens and dozens in my area and your home everyday making WAY more money than OTR.

    I drag asphalt around Ohio, and am home daily AND weekends. Yeah, some long nights, but.... I git'r'done~! And love my sleep# bed :)

    I only drive OTR because I work for Trimac and they are one of the few companies that actually run hard OTR. I make great money doing it so for me it works but if I wanted to be home every weekend it would take me all of an hour to get hired on with an outfit that could do that for me.
