Hey everyone - I'm interested in getting a custom fabricated sun visor for my Western Star. Something that has a more unique style to it. Does anyone know of any custom sun visor fabricators who would be worth looking into? I've tried some of the bigger names like Big Rig Chrome. But any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Any recommendations for custom visors?

Thanks. Yeah I've left messages for both Custom Chrome Shop and 4 State Trucks. Haven't heard anything back yet.

Check your local custom-hot rod shop. A good fabricator can probably make one. Just have to show them what you want.

Here's a couple, http://www.mervspainting.com/ , he does painting and might be able to direct you to someone.
Years ago there was fab shop somewhere near Lebanon, Pa. that did custom stuff, can't remember their name or if they're even still in business.
http://www.kandlchromeshop.com/stainlessdezine.html ,as far as I know they're still open. A buddy just got a quote on a S/S bumper a couple of weeks ago, he did walk into the shop though. Not sure if they answer the phone. BOL -
Most of your big name chrome shops wont design a 1off product cuz it will cost more to design and make than the profit they'd get from the sale.
Small metal fabrication shops are going to be your best bet. Or fiberglass if you're going that route.Straight Stacks Thanks this. -
If you want a one-off visor you can't get from the chrome catalog get ahold of Chase.
