I have had to check with more than one before to get a check. If the fuel desk doesn't have one, check with their garage.

The dealerships have them in their repair shops.

Here's the TCH/EFS merchant locator. Many of them will have blanks. Be like a squirrel and stock up on them when you are at a terminal.
