    Anybody that works for Nova on this forum? How is the company treating you if so? How are the current rates as well as volume. I’m thinking of leasing on to them with my own truck, however would like to hear some truth from someone that hauls for them. Thank you in advance.

    I wouldn’t touch them. New company. Chicago-based. Immigrant-owned. It’s a lease-purchase company, which makes me think they’re even more crooked. Their freight is going to be scraps Maverick and TMC don’t want to mess with. I’d take your truck elsewhere.
