Good Company. It's who I'm working for right now.

Pay is real good for OTR drivers. Driving is the easy part, learning how to inventory items, pack, load, unload, etc is the difficult part. Finding good labor from the local agents can be tough too. Lots of bonuses and extra pays as well. Most of the trucks are 2010 or newer ProStars. They just got a bunch of brand new trailers in as well. It will be a rewarding job if your willing to put in the effort.

That's normal. Took me over a month to get on. Biggest hold up was getting approved by the Allied side.

Im an Owner-Op for them, started as company few years ago, now buying a truck from them. It is what you make of it. Mostly depends on what branch you run for. Most GM's will take a hit on labor cost if you spend more than allowed in labor, but some wont and the driver gets pissed and leaves when he gets a $200.00 pacy check. Dispatchers are pretty good. There is two grumpy old men, but there not so bad once you get used to them. My and my dispatcher are best friends and I wouldn't trade her for anything in this world. Ive left before myself but now im back to stay and buying my truck from them. Overall it will take some time to get used to but it is a good company with good people at the core. Andy Coleman, Jeff Coleman, and Lacey Brakefield are some of the nicest guys you will ever meet.
