Are they put into a database once they are completed, or no? I am just wondering. Was looking at my inspection from Loves and it has a long inspection number on it. Not sure if that is what number it is in a federal database, or just the database that Loves uses. Can't find anything solid to rely on, on Google.

Kept on file at office only. No Federal database. Matches up with the # on Sticker. Can be verified by Authorities if needed.

Well thank you. I was just curious. I don't think they gave any sticker when they did it at the Loves here back in February. If they did put a sticker somewhere, I sure do not know where it is.

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

Had an O/O turn in a new inspection a couple of days ago from a Loves. Typical for them, it had motorcoach seats and rear impact guard checked.

You need to check your truck and trailer for the inspection stickers because the dot will check in an inspection.
Make sure the ones on the units are not expired. Drop& hook drivers need to be checking every trailer they hook up to.

You need stickers or a copy of the actual inspection in permit book. Stickers don’t have to be on equipment.

    Stringb8n Thanks this.

I need to find my last one from loves. Im pretty sure it had both disc and drum brakes checked and they also had electric brakes checked written on it.

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

Last place we used a mobile vendor who put stickers on the chassis/trailers with date and year punched out andit said the records are at their location/address/phone# plus the put a copy in the document holder.
