An Obituary With A Sense Of Humor

I should be so lucky

 

I was out at a funeral once… a guy died was a crook.. and shyster… all kinds junk… no one wanted to give his eulogy. Finally a preacher from out of town that didn’t know him did… He got up there and said.. “I didn’t know Sammy, but from everyone i talked too, i found he was a gambler…a drunkard. He cheated on his wife, had 5 kids by 5 different women, some married themselves.. He lied, cheated, but, he touched so many lives, this place is full of people to see him off to whatever lies next for poor Sammy.. Remember the lives he touched, not the harm he brought….”
