American global express out of ofallon mo.

I have heard the same thing about them from Owner Operators that I have hired after they left there. The story is very consistent amongst the drivers I spoke with. They won't show rate cons because they take money off the top, then pay whatever they feel like paying. Their equipment leaves a lot to be desired as well, thus the crappy CSA scores. Especially stay away from the "dispatcher" from Kansas City area and his wife who recruits.

 

I have been with this company for over a year, they pay a flat rate on each load, you can take the load or not. I like having lots of options of loads. They are small but good. I've done better here than at other companies I've been with in the past 10 years as operator. I pull a 2018 Stoughton that is my permanent trailer and I get paid every week like clockwork.

 

American Global Express, they will screw you out of your money anyway they can. Every trailer I pulled for them was a piece of junk, bad tires and lights beat all to tihs. When I gave them a two week notice they refused to give me any more loads and told me to drop trailer in Wapac Ohio. When it came time for final settlement check guess what. Got screwed out of it because they said I didn't give enough notice. Mike the owner is a real prick. Stay away from this schiester outfit. They still owe me money from over a year ago.

Wow!! glad I read this, the add looked kinda interesting with the triangle routes. I see nothing but negitives

 

They send me rate confirmations on broker loads & they have a dedicated account for triangle routes. The owner lent me $$ when my turbo went out.

If you're making such good money why did you have to borrow money to fix your turbo?
