Amazon Relay Not paying my invoices

    Hello all,

    I am desperate to see if anyone has been in the same situation before and what route they took to get it resolved. I have rendered services for Amazon for a month now without payment because of a bank account change. They said it will take around 14 business days but it has been close to 2 months without response. I have emailed literally every possible email they provide but with no responses. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I did but then he stated that everything was cleared after a while. I have messaged @Uneek but with no luck of a response. I just wanted to know if anyone has ran through a solution. I am struggling bad financially because of this.

    There may be more hurdles to change bank acct info for Amazon. Recent fraud is scammers phoning company posing as employee requesting a change of bank acct. There is no recourse for the employee who loses their paycheck..My wife blocked 3 scammers last week trying to pull this stunt, she works at a payroll company.
