Amazon Relay Irregularities Suspension

Hi, We have been working with Amazon Relay for about a year doing box trucks with no issue. About 2 weeks ago in the middle of the day we suddenly couldnt see the loadboard. We opened a support ticket with no response but in about 2 hours we got an email stating.

Dear Carrier,
We have detected some irregularities in your company’s Relay account. Accordingly, your company’s Relay account will be suspended, effective immediately, pending the results of our internal investigation.

Please contact relay-am@amazon.com with any further questions.

We emailed them but never got a response. About 8 hours later the account was back to normal and they never provided any information about what happened or why it was suspended. That was 2 weeks ago.
Now 2 days ago the same thing happened with the same email coming to us about 2 hours after the loadboard disappeared. We still get no response trying to email them. It's now been 2 days and the account isn't back to normal.
Does anyone know what this means? Is it taking longer this time for a reason? The first time it happened was right before Prime Day so I don't know if they pushed it thru faster that time because of that. Are they not going to unsuspend it this time, are they not going to give a reason?

We also had some people steal all our MC information(including insurance docs, EIN) earlier this year and they booked loads with a carrier(Landstar) in order to double-book the loads. It was caught that time but who knows any other times it may happen. I don't know if they have been trying to use our info to do something with Amazon or what, amazon wont explain anything to us.

 

That's what I'm worried about but they won't even communicate their issues. It's crazy.
