I've seen guys have to use a step ladder to get into their truck due to their size, I'd say you'll be fine.

I wish I was 217 at 5'10"... I'm that height and 265#.. I still have a blood pressure of 120/70 and all my cholesterol levels are just on the high side of acceptable at age 52.
