    I am 450# myself and I pass.
    The comany Prime is anti overweight and has a test the discriminates overweight candidates.
    More than likely what ever medical card you will get will only be for a year. Healthier drivers can get a 2 year card.
    If you take any medications? Ask your doctor to put it in writing that they feel you can operate a commercial vehicle.

    The average test is eye, hearing, mobility, listen to your heart, and a urine test.

    I've seen guys have to use a step ladder to get into their truck due to their size, I'd say you'll be fine.

    I was 184 lbs before my accident 18 months ago. 18 months of muscle relaxers and antidepressants turned me into a 217 lbs monster :(

    No, I will walk for 45 minutes and will eat healthy. Lots of vegetables and fruit. No fast food crap. I will play smart.

    promises promises. I was being nice with 300lbs. If you have the propensity to gain weight living a sedentary lifestyle ... the stress caused in trucking will only speed your weight gain.

    I wish I was 217 at 5'10"... I'm that height and 265#.. I still have a blood pressure of 120/70 and all my cholesterol levels are just on the high side of acceptable at age 52.
