Maybe the workers there think they're the only shipping company & someone has to do business with / for them, but that's not the case. There's a foreign guy who usually answers the phone who has bad manners. I called trying to obtain some info there but got hassled. He's only interested in giving quotes & having autos shipped. If it's not about $, he doesn't want to speak your language. Well, I'm sure we would've gotten there had I been able to obtain the info I was seeking. I asked to speak with his superior but he refused to let me & hung up on me. I think he blocked my # because every time I call from it I get an out of area message. So I used another #. People are going to call companies & ask all kinds of questions. All the companies have to do is kindly answer or assist in getting questions answered if they don't know
It seems as if the attitude has grown there. I spoke with another guy [Bob] trying to obtain that same info & we got a little further, yet when I asked to speak with a supervisor about the way I was hassled, he took up for his pal & purposely put me on hold, which deprived me of what could've been to help fix that issue & better the service. I had to hang up instead since it was over 5 minutes. There are many other shippers I'd recommend before AAT. I won't let it rest until I make known the bad experience I had & something gets done about it
