I have a all Aluminum East. It's a little older, and it's been USED for sure. The main beam is still in great shape, but it's got the usual small cracks. On a couple parts of the deck. ht250us suspension. I recommend East. I also like a Doonan combo or any Wilson.

Fontaine Infinity. It's a combo which makes it stronger and also comes in a 36 in rear deck height. Only weighs about 11k.

Dominick253 Thanks this. -
I cant see it sitting much lower,.. there is only 3 - 4 inches of space from the tire to the wheel well.
Also,. tare weight is 11,400 lbs. Thats with out any boxes or gear. A bit heavy,.. but its a strong trailer and will carry the weight very nicely.
The only issues I've had with mine are the screws for the decking are starting to break at the rear of the upper deck and the rear of the lower deck. That and I lost the brake shoes and all the brake components for the left rear axle. I've had the S-cam bearings replaced and havent had a problem since. Mine is 4 yrs old now. Still looks good and no dents in the rails.
Even so,.. my next trailer will be all aluminum. Had to pass on a few good paying loads that I couldnt legally scale,.. but not quite enough to make me permit for the weight.

I do know Mac makes an all aluminum drop deck. 35 height with 17.5s... dont know much about them though. Obviously they have alot of custom options but thats pretty close to what you need

I have yet to see an all aluminum trailer worth a it's weight in scrap iron, and I have pulled them. Unless what you're doing is very controlled, pallet freight, they're weak trailers, the most I'd ever do is a combo, but I prefer all steel (maybe that's because I come from lowboying). They don't like spot loading, track machinery chews them up, and the warp far too easily.
Real trailers are made of steel. Aluminum is for beer cans.rank, johndeere4020, Hurst and 1 other person Thank this. -

Never a problem finding tires. I pulled a tri-axle with the 17.5 wheels,.. shredded a tire and had to call 8 different places before I got one with the size I needed that didnt want to pull my pants down and bend me over.

I've got a combo and do a lot of track machine on my aluminum deck. I felt the same way as you,.. I was very hesitant to put a track machine on my deck. Now its a breeze.
Trailer is 4 years old and I've managed to keep it in very good condition despite the amount of track machines I have had on it. I've been loading track machines pretty steady on it for the better part of 2 yrs now.
My main concern looking for an all aluminum trailer is that I want one with a deck similar to how the one on my Infinity is set up. Its been very durable considering how soft aluminum is.
.
Ignore the machine on the deck,.. posting this last pic to show the condition of my deck to show how well its held up to the abuse I have put it through. There has got to be an all aluminum that will at least match what a combo can do.
Hursttruckmaster9400 and SoDel Thank this.
