Does anyone have a list of states that require the beer and alcohol permits?
I have hauled beer in the past and no one has asked for permits, I have also hauled alcohol and I have never been asked for permits..
NOW i know some states may require one or both. I run from Atlanta to Denver at least twice a month and the only thing I can get out of there with is beer.
And from Texas I have been getting Vodka Loads....
    So, Any Ideas anyone?
    Thanks

I doubt any of us would be delivering directly to consumers.

Nothing found on Ga or TN. Id say just check with the alcoholic Beverage Commission of the states you travel in and see if they require permits? The ones Ive posted above for sure do require permits. Looks as though NJ does but cant get their site to download? Maybe FL? Possibly IL?

Your research is lacking specificity, going by your link above MO only requires a permit for direct-to-consumer sales.
