I have a 2000 sterling at9500 dump truck. I’ve always noticed it would lean towards the passenger side but never did much checking into why. Yesterday I was working on the truck and decided to do some investigating. When you go from dump position to Aired you can go in the back and watch the driver side bag come up 1-2” first before the passenger side rear bag ever starts to move. The truck is empty with just the dump bed on it. The airline come out of the “leveling valve” goes to the passenger side bag first then over to the driver side. What would cause this? Weak bag? I’ll try to post a picture where you can clearly see that the driver side bag is extended more.
Air suspension problems

Maybe there is debris in the airlines preventing the airbags from airing up about the same time. If all bags eventually air up fully, I wouldn’t worry too much about it. The other possibility is that the airbag is no good. Also check that the airbag in question is secured properly, and the bolts are not loose.

No such thing as weak bags. They either hold air or they leak.
Single leveling valve? If so, each bag is going to hold an equal amount of weight. If truck leans with suspension fully inflated, you have a frame or suspension issue (bent frame/suspension components, broken/sagging steer axle spring opposite the high side at the rear).
If its just one side inflating before the other, I'd consider checking for restrictions in the air lines/fittings.PE_T Thanks this. -
