No those are inline quick release valves. the tractor protection valve would probly be under the cab where its hard to get to.

I may swap it out again just to see. But this is a rental trailer so they fix whatever happens. I am thinking I will have the TA look at it and check it out.
It is on the trailer valve. I pulled the Johnny bar and nothing different happend. I pushed in the trailer brake and after some time air begins to shoot out of that diaphragm area again. They are only 20 bucks a piece. -

Ok, what is your air pressure when it starts leaking air?
-
Are the hoses hooked correctly to trailer?
Red on right gladhand, Blue on left gladhand?
It happens in the dark easily. -
IH Truck Guy Thanks this.
-
Yes the gladhands are hooked up correctly. I appreciate all y'alls input. I will let you guys know what I find. It may be a few days or so. The pressure is fine while driving, stopping. But it takes a bit longer for the brakes to release to start moving after I push in the red button.
I'll let you guys know what I find.
Thx again. -
If it takes longer to release the parking brakes , that may suggest a restriction in the system. ...But then after awhile air leaks out? That is not normal, and not fine. Is your compressor cycling often?
-
I haven't noticed. I'm going to try putting a quarter behind my emergency glad hand and pushing in and releasing the trailer brakes and see if I see any difference as a test. -
Have you tried rebooting your modem?
