    broke airline leading to airhorn?

Does the airhorn have a cover on it? I have seen crap get in them, and they do not work

You aint gonna like this but here it goes, there is black hard plastic airline UNDER your headliner, runs all the way to the back of the horns, mine was tied to the aluminum roof brace with zip-ties rubbed thru and did the same thing. When you say "above your head" do you mean under the headliner or in the overhead compartment? if its in the overhead just take the plasic box out (3or4 screws)and see if the leak is in there.

thanks bubba, yes when i pull the rope to blow the horn I can hear air leaking right above my head.. I have 4 horns, but someone took 2 of them off..so I really dont know where too start. I changed out the first horn and now I can get some horn sound, but not much...its like something is blocking the path of air or maybe i need to change the last horn also. I was wanting to find a diagram of how the air lines run before i take the headliner down..

The lines run from the valve on the other end of the pull across the front of the cab and turn and go to each of the horns, when you say they took 2 off did they just take the horns off and leave the stands? Or did they remove all the mounting hard ware and fiberglass over the holes?Assuming they removed all hard ware and glassed the holes, there is still 4 lines coming out of the valve follow them to where the horns used to be, cut and cap those lines if you are'nt ever gonna put them back on.If the mounts are still up there your gonna have to take the head liner down(probably wet and moldy by now) at this point you need to decide if you want to replace them or not.(I decided not to replace any of mine)

No they took stands and hardware down, and silicone the holes up...I just want to cap the 2 lines off so the other 2 will blow....Any idea how the lines are run across from the valve...Thanks

They run off the valve, across the roof on the inside of the headliner, and split off into the horns. It is a very very simple setup. You just need to open it up and look at it. That would be the easiest way because who knows what the PO did.

The one you fixed is weak because it's not getting enough air. Certainly sounds like a leak overhead. The previous owner was probably in there when he added and removed horns and maybe did a poor job of terminating and sealing the lines.
