Does it blow off when the tanks are full?
emptypockets8125 Thanks this. -
Is this an official Bendix air dryer or a knockoff? I changed mine out last summer and started to get lots of moisture over the winter. Had to change it out for a real one.

Make sure your dryer also has enough capacity to handle your air usage. Most regular dryers that are ordered when the truck is new are only good for a trailer with two axles. If you are pulling trains with multiple lifts chances are your dryer is under rated.

It is the original one from KW! It works like it should, when the tanks are full it blows off. I pull a regular trailer no extra axles. It has KW baffled as well as everyone I talk to!

The discharge line needs to be at least 9 feet long between the air compressor to the inlet of the air dryer. If it is too short the air will be too hot and any moisture will still be in a vapor state and harder for the descant to filter out.
When did you notice this starting? How old is the truck? What model of dryer do you have? -
It's a 2013 T660 and I never had water up until about 2 weeks ago. The air dryer would blow off and then leak air out for about 10seconds until it would finally stop. I took it to KW n they cleaned the bottom (took it apart) and then they drained the tank and noticed all the water! So they suggested for me to change the filter n see if that would help. It did nothing. Still water at the end off the day. not sure on the model of the air dryer. I can check when it's daylight

Does the water look clear or contaminated?
-
It's clear

The air dryer is not going to dry the air completely if the unit has lots of air leaks. The compressor cycling, causes the system to be overpowered and the system will get water into the tanks.
Whenever the truck is stopped pull the cord and drain the tanks, the wet tank and both the primary and secondary. Fix the air leaks, you have to help the system, untill the tanks are dried out.jaybird8125 Thanks this.
