im pretty sure the trailer side valve is bad, but with the RED dash trailer button engaged (NOT PUSHED IN) andf with or without tractor brake on or off you hit the foot brake and i get air coming out of the blue side hose that goes to the trailer? this would be a faulty glandhand trailer valve correct not the dash valve?

It would be the tractor protection valve.

that would be the one mounted inline going to the trailer hosses? under cab in rear? not the ones up on the dash that you push in right.

Is the rubber grommet missing between the glad hands? Is there a kink in the service line or a small hole? Maybe the connection is not all the way tight letting air out as your press the brake pedal

The service line to the trailer shouldn't have any air with the red button (trailer charge) out when you depress the service brake pedal.

I sugest bad TCV (trailer cointrol valve on truckor) ore bad trailer safety valve (trailer side)

to check is easy. You need two 200 PSI gauges mounted with glad hands.

With the red button depressed you are to see min 100 PSI at red hand and zero at blue (yellow) coupling. When you depress brake pedaul fully you are to see 100 PSI min at blue coupling.

100 PSI is the minimum, 130-140 is normal
