I have an 05 w900 with the ag400 suspension. While doing my pretrip, I noticed the passanger side airbags are not inflating evenly. I checked my leveling valve, air leaks, did 2 3 axle alignments but still nothing. Has anyone had this problem? Any advise will be appreciated.

If it's anything like my AG 100 there should be left and right levelling valves. Could be one of them is faulty. I would suggest disconnecting the valve arms from the frame and raising the suspension manually as high as it will go to see if it centralises the airbags. Then let the air out until it bottoms out the suspension, reconnect left hand valve, see if suspension ride height is correct, disconnect it, connect right hand valve and check ride height again. That's what I would be doing first off.

My truck only has 1 leveling valve. I raised the airbags as high as i could but it won't inflate evenly.

Looks like the bag is misaligned. How do the LH bags look? Centered or are they off a little bit? Bags misaligned on both drive axles or just one?

Either the bag saddle is misaligned or the bracket the two air bags sit on is bent or loose. Your frame could also be sprung as well.

Bags don't just inflate off center. Impossible.
But they can get out of alignment. Looks like your bottom bag mount has moved. Could be the saddle the bag sits on has cracked and shifted on axle housing. Have a good look around and see what has moved.
I can assure you it's not an air issue thou.lol

I figured it wasn't an air issue. I'm going to take a closer look at the airbag. Thanks for your help. To remove the airbag, Do you think it is necessary to jack the truck?

Frame looks straight but you could be right. How can I check for frame damage?

Left side(driver side) is evenly inflating. Right side(passanger ) is where the problem is.

Safest way would be to block up the frame with the suspension aired up. Block it up so that the frame won't drop much when you deflate the bags. Then deflate the suspension and remove the bag. I'm thinking you've got an alignment issue, not an airbag problem.

You can do a very rudimentary frame alignment check yourself using a plumb bob and a measuring tape but a frame shop is much better equipped to do it and much more accurately as well.
