Hi All!
Have a few codes SA 0 SPN 3216 FMI 5,12,13. Is NOx out sensor gone bad?
Where is Aftertreatment Intake NOx Sensor Location for D13 located on the truck?
Any place to get them cheaper then $500?

Get the part number and check Ebay. Also might be a good idea to replace the second Nox sensor at the sametime.

For inlet sensor, after removing passenger faring/step look on the bottom right side of the aftertreatment assembly. That is where sensor screws into can. Easier to see if you get on ground and look. Cut wire off as close as possible to screw in sensor. Use 7/8 socket to remove after wd-40 soaking. Follow wire from sensor to module. Cut zip ties. 2 10mm nuts to remove module. Unplug module. Reverse order to install. Not too hard of job. Part #22303390 inlet/#22303391 outlet.
tserberis Thanks this. -
Here a photo I have on my phone, see part #. But this is for my 2008 model D13. The sensor goes in exhaust ,module inside the frame right side next to DPF filter, . Expensive 5-600$ part ,but not difficult to replace yourself, the sensor can be stuck inside hot surface.

'15 Detroit fault code ...
SPN 3216
FMI 16
Any ideas what this is saying exactly?
I did a quick search and found this thread and thought I'd just piggy back on this same thread. -
Check and clean the Nox harness. It may clear the fault but of it doesn't you may need a new Nox sensor.
