Might want to call Pittsburgh power. They probably are expensive.

I was always a big supporter of Detroit Radiator. Father and Son Local Business. I don’t know what happened. Since they got hooked up with the Big Boys, they’re Customer Service is terrible. I called for a radiator for my Freightliner. and was told they weren’t placing an order for a couple months. WTF? I thought you made them in house? Bla Bla Bla. Prices were too high also. The other Local Shop, Family Owned Radiator works, recently sold out to LKQ. They’re still competitive on prices. Good product. Larger network of Distributors now. I finally bought a radiator. From American Cooling Solutions. 4 row, $1050. It’s good quality. Bought tank separately, for $150. Theres was $200. I checked their website. Whole radiator for your Truck, including Tank is around $1700-$1900.I believe that’s a 4 row. 5 row is $2100-$2200. Core only may be about $900. Not sure if that’s 3 or 4 row. You’d have to call them. Where ever you buy from, might want to price them from American Cooling Solutions. Just to compare prices. They have about the best prices I’ve found. Quality product also. CAC- check out AV-TEKK products. They’re a Superior designed product, at a great price. I bought mine from Superior Turbo in Detroit. It was around $800. They’ll ship parts. But plenty other Vendors carry them. I’d avoid the Big Boys hype. They don’t Manufacture them, just put their name on it and mark them up.

If they are made in Edmonton, it's more then likely made by Hunter radiators. I have ran one of their aluminum replacments, no issues..

Prices have sure gone up. Mine at American was $1250 w/ tank 18 mos ago. Now they’re $1687. Also charging sales tax now. That’s another consideration. Buying it sale tax exempt. Looks like a KW 4 row with tank is $1924 with tax at American. I just recalled a Customer at Truck Pro while buying a turbo for mine. ( about 8 yrs ago) He was returning a radiator for a 379. It was leaking along the bottom. I asked where it came from, answer Detroit Radiator.

Does running those bigger radiators negatively affect the DPF systems in these newer trucks? I've heard mixed stories.

As long as the engine is able to maintain normal cooling system operating temp an increased capacity radiator would not affect the regeneration process or negatively affect the after treatment system.
