If I could give them less than One I would if I could grade them from A to F they would get a Z. I started with AFC transport back in May I picked truck 192 which is a 2015 Peterbilt payments a week was 450which is right where I want to be at least before and I find it that having truck loads above 700 bucks a week is hard to maintain. I go through orientation finish it to find out that my truck is not ready mechanical issues I drive truck 288 for over a month I get back to the yard in Chicago to pick up my truck 192 to my surprise it has a coolant issue still the shop can't figure it out so they tell me to take it to Peterbilt so luckily it made it to Peterbilt in Indiana the truck set for 2 days Saturday morning my dispatcher was able to get me a load I drive the truck for three more days the check engine light comes on Wednesday then the truck begins to cut off and on as I drive it I park and stop the truck turn it back on there are no engine warning lights start driving again the truck cuts off in the middle of traffic on the 95 coming down from Maryland into Virginia now this is all within the first week of me having this truck 6 hours later a wrecker picks me up it's night time of course the record drops me off at his yard I have to get a hotel for the night I haven't heard anything from the AFC the next morning the wrecking yard takes my truck and toes it to the Peterbilt dealership Peterbilt dealership tell me they can't get to my truck today I relay the information back to AFC no hotel is offered so I'm not going to sleep on the streets are staying in a hotel for two more nights the truck isn't going to be ready for quite some time AFC is notified get me back down to the yard in Chicago they give me truck number 219 I drive to Indiana the truck is starting to shut off on the freeway and shut back on like my previous truck was I called breakdown and bring back the truck to the yard the truck sets from the time I got back to the yard until the following afternoon another day of lost revenue now given the multiple breakdowns I had with the previous truck 192 I have fallen in the hole I asked AFC to hold my truck payments because I was given a truck that was not ready to be put on the road not only did they not do as I ask when the truck went in the shop the first time for the cooling issue would stay couldn't resolve and they told me to take it to Peterbilt to get it fixed they charge me for that bill which was $2,000 dollars the following week I see on my pay stub cuz I actually got a check this time they charged me for the toll bill that happened the previous week. I repeatedly went to AFC management and nothing is getting done I was charged for maintenance and a tow bill for a truck that shouldn't have been on the road in the first place then I get another truck and then that one has the same issues I look at my escrow account as of today and is negative $4,100 now some of that is due to the fact that I went home after 6 weeks of being out 4 week the rest is maintenance and the tow bill. I chose AFC because their wasn't a Ton of driver complaints and they are a small fleet of 150 but after being here for nearly 3 months I see their plagued with the same issues as Mega Carriers.

I see this is your first post, This is why we tell guys to run fast and far from lease purchase deals. I just went to their website and the first thing that popped out was the claim they make about their O/O making 300K a year. I'm not saying it's not possible but reality tells me it's closer to 200K, and they will have all kinds of excuses about why you can't hit the 300 mark and it will all be your fault. Personally I would have ran after the first two weeks, Why are you still there? Are they threatening to come after you for the money if you leave? Good Luck with your situation.

Sorry for your troubles! Sounds like a nightmare company, hope it changes for you, but I've heard many of these stories just like yours. I hope works for you.

This is a shocking revelation, shocking I tell you! Next thing someone will come in here and tell us all how CSRT mistreated them and kicked their dog.

Good job AFC. Or is it KFC?
    Same difference.

I want to thank all lease purchase companies
For showing us how to make a fortune by selling
False hopes and dreams to truck drivers.

    It's so simple,yet effective.
And it works over and over again.
It takes 2 sentences on the back of a truck,
    Or Craigslist.

    Make 3000 a week,
    Be your own boss.

That's all it takes. Then sit back and watch
    The money roll in.
I'm still trying to figure out how
To get in your n this scam.
