Advice for O/O to get with Home Depot, Office Max, and Amazon?

    Can someone please tell me how do I go by getting a contract for an owner operator with a box truck with Home Depot, Office Max, and Amazon and what is the pay per mile

    You are not going to generate sufficient revenue to be worth their time.

    What you want is tractor trailers not box trucks. Plural. Say 10 tractor trailers. Then go find their operations managers or vice president in the region you want to operate in, start talks.

    If you’re talking about store deliveries, I’ve seen them advertise those on Craigslist when they’re coming available. You’ll have to submit a bid for the contract, and you’ll need your box trucks (plural) and operating authority to bid. You won’t want to focus on per mile pay if you’re doing deliveries.

    I think a lot of this type of work is already locked up by others already so getting in direct may be a challenge

    Whoever has it is the one who would do the hiring and they take a cut
