1995 T600 ac blower kicks on, then like a relay kicks out. And it cuts back off. Wait 45 seconds to 60 seconds and kicks back on for a few seconds then back off again. Wondering if this could be the blower motor. Overloading the breaker/relay, then when it resets kick back on again? Not sure if these trucks have relays on the fan or not?
Also where's the fan at on there aero cabs?

this is probably exactly what you are thinking most likely that blower motor is overloading the circuit breaker. once it reset it will work for a min and then set back off.
BUMBACLADWAR and tnpete Thank this. -
Will get the blower out and check it.

Well looks like its going to be the relay. I think its weak and kicking out after power is put into it.

Changed the relay out, no change. Pulled the blower motor out, it does not spin easy. But hooked to power. It blows like it should. Let it run for around a minute. Tomorrow will check and see how many amps it pulling.
I turned the ac on with the blower motor out. Then turned on the sleeper blower. It ran that way, and AC compressor was staying locked in. Where with the front blower hooked up. It trips the relay?
Also without the engine running the blower did run longer. And only had high then. So will be replacing the resistor tomorrow.

i've had it on a few KW that the blower will start getting stuck and it will pull to much power to spin triping breaker and also starts burning all connections.

Wondering if you can give me some insight. I have a 2006 Kenworth T600. Just replaced ac compressor about a month ago, ac work fine for a few weeks then started to intermittently blow hot air. Air flow is pretty weak when it does come on and even when it's blowing warm air. Is this my blower motor causing my ac not to blow cold? I just had a test on the system done and they didn't find any leaks. But mechanics couldn't find blower motor location when I asked them to check it out. Location of blower motor?

location of blower is on the passager side mounted right on the firewall, tell your mechanics to make sure the a/c clutch is kicking on and off this is a very simple electrical system you have thermostat which will make you compressor not run since it cuts power to clutch then you have low psi switch the only other thing that is left is your control and that i personally have never seen go bad, it sounds like you have a a/c thermostat issue which is located in blower motor housing.

My issue turned out to be a weak Bussmann Circuit Breaker 30 amp maxi. Mine had gotten where it would only work some. Fan not blowing hard, plus was cutting off. Then back on for a few seconds. Replaced the fan relay deal. Have all speeds again. Read where lots of people were having this slow fan speed issues.
Found it when I reached for that circuit breaker. And it burned my finger tip. It was red hot from tripping and resetting so much. Replaced it and now fan blow hard can run it on middle speed. And still feel lots of air.
So if your fan motor has slowed down. Or kicking in and out. Look on the kick panel. Mine is in the middle and is marked Cab heat AC. Big relay to the right of of it I thought was the right one. But it was the small breaker.
