I apologize if this is a repeat post, the first one isnt showing up on my end.

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have been looking for some sort of diagnostic or troubleshooting guide and keep getting the same info.... the generic description of the code.

I have a 2015 KW T680 with an ISX. I'm getting Flash Code 3488, SPN 563, FMI 9. The description says abnormal update rate between the ABS and J1939.

The brakes seem to be functioning properly, but I havent had to stand on them. What are some possible causes for the code?

I would be getting hooked up with Bendix to read faults directly from the ABS module. The ABS "abnormal update rate" fault will log in the engine and transmission controllers when an ABS active event occurs it will show that ABS is disabled and or not communicating functionality. This is likely the fault you are reading on the display.

J1939 faults, or datalink faults between controllers are possible, but not very common at all.

Wheel speed sensor adjustment, and wiring issues or rubs to wheel speed sensors at the wheel ends or open sensors are high failure rate.
