Dt466e with Allison trans. This is the first automatic I've worked on. I can not for the life of me get power to the starter solenoid. It will start with it jumped out and key on, what is between the key and the starter on these automatics that I should look for? Thank you

Fuse in the box under the hood? Drivers side fire wall.
Some had another relay near the starter or on the fire wall. Neutral safety switch?sjr307 Thanks this. -
Crank inhibit relay. Should be behind the blower box panel in front of the passenger seat.
BoxCarKidd and sjr307 Thank this. -

Couple of thoughts. Those trucks had issues with leaking windshield/cowl, causing corrosion on back side of fuse box. I dont remember which fuse, but I had a no start problem on a truck once which was shorted wire for neutral safety/ clutch switch circuit.(the same circuit was in there for either transmission, they just plugged it in at different place.) Good Luck.
