It's time to replace 7th injector and I found good deal for exactly looking injector doser but for International or Detroit motor part number 3016111C91 it fits like charm to my D13. Will it work fine or should I expect wrong performance from it. My original 7th injector part number is 1T358165G

Although im no expert in parts cross-overs but i have to assume it will work as its just an injection knozzle and it does the same thing on the other engine.

The computer will control how much fuel gets injected based on DOC temperature so if the injector is bigger or smaller it will adjust the fuel rate.....only thing is if the knozzle is to small it may run out of metering but youll know as it will throw a code.

You can run in the problem. Coolant and fuel connections could have different threads or size.

It has every connection exactly the same look and tread sizes and fittings, connection sizes matches and mounting holes and gasket and electrical wire connection. I installed it as it was original

I have installed it and will update how it performs. Got it because it was half original price deal. My old one was in bad shape. I also just cleaned inside Check Valve part # 21339351 that connect on top of doser injector. ECU was reset because I have it brand new my old one failed don't know exactly why but hopefully not because of doser or blue solenoid part 20914174 I had replaced. Also I had the air dryer bypassed about 2 weeks when tried to find replacement and truck was making sound when compressor pumping like scratching metal but after dryer was replaced everything went back to normal. Water collected in air system could clog something up. Also had coolant hose breakage and had to get 10 miles pouring water to shop to fix hose so engine could overheat. Don't know exactly or ECM could went bad if cables connected wrong reverse polarity on battery the had to take off batteries for getting access to fix hose.
