I got a 730 Volvo with a 500 cummins and the fuel tanks are not level it's pushing all the fuel in to the driver side tank and over flowing any body have any ideas what the problem could be

Check you vent on the pass side tank, even try running with the fuel cap loose to solve your problem. Are there taps to isolate a fuel tank?
I see you are from MB, do you have a frozen return line by chance? -
it is the Volvo problem, dealers change pass side tank valves, but usually drivers add hand controled valves like on some Freightlener trucks and they oprtaye well

suction line on the drivers side could be blocked. Had a fuel tank rotate in the saddles enough to crimp the line. The driver knew it had moved but didn't think it would bother anything.

we had the same issues not with VN only, but with Volvo cabovers (FH, FM), so, it is the global problem
