    I’ve stopped here quite a few times to sleep but didn’t shower here until last night. Pretty decent shower rooms for $10 if you don’t fuel.

    And the burritos in the hot box are tasty if you don’t feel like Dickey’s BBQ.

    Sure looks a lot nicer than the showers I was used to when I was running up and down the West Coast 20 years ago...

    Required then:
    Flip-flops for yer feet, since you didn't ever want to make any direct contact with any surfaces.
    Lysol spray, just in case any direct contact was, or had to be, made.
    Own towels, since the tattered, stained, paper thin rags they'd offer as towels were comical.

    I have seen things that could give the general public PTSD! :D

    I’m not sure when this was remodeled or rebuilt. It’s all appears somewhat new. I hadn’t run down this way from 2016 to 2022 but I’ve been stopping here for the last year or so.
