Needed a new bottom seat cushion for my truck. The rest of the seat was in great shape, so I figure just get a new bottom cushion.

Long story short...... Bottom cushion $402 , whole seat $1600.... WTF....!

Aftermarket seats dealer had in stock $600 and up .... Nothing really matched my interior , and I wasn't impressed by any of them.

No time to shop around, so I took the screwing.... Paccar and national seat should be proud of their parts!

Oh paccar is proud of all their parts. I've never actually had a comfortable national seat that I have ever sat in but to each their own. I wouldn't have gave 2 craps about color or anything else for that matter. They would've gave me the price and I would've said lets find a new seat screw you jerks I ain't supporting your highway robber ######## game. It's just like a $42 hood pin when I can buy the same bolt at tractor supply, the nut and 2 washers for $1 to fix the problem, a $20 bushing that I can pick up at freightliner for about $5. Or a $500 speedometer that cost all of $1.62 to make. You'd think Paccar made their products out of gold.

$100 hood spring,$112 for an a/c switch, $160 for a fuel sending unit it's getting a bit ridiculous! If I need any of these again I'm buying dorman from Class 8, they make aftermarket parts for Pete's that cost on average 1/3 less than paccar sometimes 1/2. Cat sdp was that hunter by chance?

No it was not.........it was my local kw dealer. Don't want to throw them under the bus. I don't feel this problem was of their making.
