I've never driven by an overturned fuel tanker in the process of spilling fuel, but if I ever do, it won't be at the gingerly pace this car was going by. :Wheelchair:

Truck drivers fault,,,,what did he say? Oh, come on, 4 wheelers have been the bane of truck drivers since, well, forever. I was ( self) taught, if a 4 wheeler does something stupid, endangering the truck, the load, you, and people around you, knock that 4 wheeler into oblivion, but DON'T crash the truck! Especially a tanker, where environmental damage can cost a fortune. Of course, I feel bad for the truck driver, and I don't know the facts on what happened, but correct me if I'm wrong, it's the truck drivers duty to be on the lookout for something like an errant tire coming through the median, or a distracted 4 wheeler that missed their exit, the bottom line, you have to look out for them, not t'other way 'round. If I didn't have over 3 million safe miles in a truck, I'd keep my mouth shut, but watching out for these yahoos enabled me to amass such a record. Tooting my own horn? You bet, and to all the other "million milers" that have had close calls, only derailed because we saw it coming, I say good job. This driver here? If it was my company, they'd never drive a tanker again, regardless who was at fault.

    Very lucky it wasn’t gasoline……..

From what I see truck just crowded the breakdown lane trying to get away from the carnage. I don’t see any major steering corrections, I believe the pick up hitting the trailer tandems is what put the trailer on its side…….
