Hey everyone, would you know if pete's low air with 22.5 would be the same 5th wheel height as with low low air on 24,5?

24.5 will be higher. 24.5 lo pro are same size as 22.5 tall. 5 th wheel Height would stay the same

Many different 5th wheel options. I like to measure ground to plate.

i know that you could get different base for the fifth wheel, i guess in combination with low low and low base fifth wheel it might be even lower .

The short answer is height would increase 1 inch. Since tires are 2 inches taller

    KB3MMX and BoxCarKidd Thank this.

No that’s wrong the tires are 3 inches taller, so fifth wheel height would be 1.5 inches higher, Sorry my bad

Ok I’ve had my coffee,I’m sorry, I see you’re question is about air ride, not so much tires. Someone with knowledge of Lo and Lo Lo air ride hopefully can help. Good Luck

Low air leaf to low low air leaf is a 2 inch difference due to the mounting points being higher on the frame.

KB3MMX, Oxbow, Rideandrepair and 3 others Thank this.

    40" 22.5LP
    42" 11R 22.5
    42" 24.5LP
    44" 11R 24.5

If LL suspension is 2" lower than regular low, the difference should actually be net 1" lower FW for the 11R 24.5 truck on LL suspension.

The 2" tire difference only gives 1"+ ride height.

You're taking away 2" by going to LL air.

Now if it's 22.5LP tires on low air, they should be the exact same as 11R-24.5 on LL air

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.
