Hey, funny issue I've never experienced.
Just started yesterday at a stoplight.
I was getting ready to move after it turned green, and as soon as I started to press the accelerator, truck just started dumping air. I'm talking full loss of pressure in secondary, then primary, in about 10 seconds.
Applied brakes to truck and trailer, sat there to build pressure again. Released both brakes, and as soon as I pulled shifter to drive, it started dumping air again. Slid it into neutral, stopped dumping.
Put it back in drive, dump.
Found out that if I quickly put it in drive, and immediately applied the accelerator, it would quit dumping after I picked up couple mph, then would drive fine.
Come to a stop while in drive, it started dumping rapid again.
Kept doing that all night.
Shifted from occurring in drive only, to suddenly switching to when I go into reverse, and then back again after a couple occurances.
Eventually the truck started throwing an Antilock Brake Malfunction alarm.
Weird stuff. Any clues?

Weird for sure. Wonder if it has something to do with the leveling valve? Also could be an update needing to be done to the ECM but no telling. Take to shop before something bad happens.
KB3MMX Thanks this. -
Volvo has this plastic connector that connects about 10 air lines together. It's located by transmission underneath truck. It cracks and looses air

I had a 2016 Volvo with a similar issue. Turned out to be the ABS module was cross threaded from the factory and ended up coming loose and dumping air..
Possibly a good place to start looking?Siinman Thanks this.
