So I have a choice to give up my 2014 Pete 389 for a brand new 2023 International HX.

Does anyone drive an HX? is it comfortable? I don't want to give up my Pete, but it's kinda hard to turn down a new truck. The Pete has front end air bags, deleted DEF. The HX has an extra 100hp and more roomy inside.

Seems like going with the HX is the right move, eh?

After the piss poor service I am getting from Pete dealers, if I buy another new truck for a driver, it would be the HX. Seen some bullhaulers with em, and they look ok. They do put a 605hp 2050 in it if you want.

HX looks like a nice truck to me. I like the setback axle version. Have never seen an interior though.

I believe it's just the LT plastic fantastic. Nicer seats and oh 3 extra gauges and a strip of fake wood.

Was looking at corn binders website last night. When will these OEMs wake up and give us a sleeper larger than the Volvo and Studio?

Looks like a 100" not a 72" as it is this view. How about they use their brains and make that bed a Murphy style? Swing it up with a bed & breakfast dinette that folds out and lose all the plastic on the back wall. How about an optional side loading door?

Probably because it’s light years ahead of the equipment that these foreigners had back home.

I just had an LT for a rental the last 2 weeks. I hated it. You couldn't even put the load lights on when in motion... As a flatdecker that annoys me.. Also the truck was gutless but since it was a rental it was only like 465 hp... not cool when pulling a quad axle

I'm getting the 565, but it's a big upgrade from the petes 465.. I think I made my decision. Going to go with the HX. The pete is probably due for it's second in-frame anyway with 1.6 on it... better hop in the new truck.. and i just paid $180 for the cool swan hood ornament :< <

I have 2 previous model HX's and they are decent trucks - 1 is a 565/1850 and the other is a 605/2050, both are fairly comparable.

I have 2 brand new ones coming here next week with the new interior and I can't wait. That has been the only downfall of the previous generation, it's a garbage interior.....It has a purpose!....dont get me wrong, but it's for a worker, not an Owner Op....The new interiors are def much more O/O friendly IMO>
