Howdy!
Ever go to a Freightliner and no one seems to know anything or they take out for a test drive IN THE LOT, definitely not real world only to come back and say, "can't find anything wrong".
I got a 2023 Cascadia. Not one noise in dry weather but as soon as it rains and roads are wet I get this obnoxiously loud popping sound from under the front of the truck. Mostly when turning right or left. Sounds like the front end is going to explode. But no one finds anything wrong. Anyone experience this or any ideas?
2023 Cascadia popping noise only when it rains!

Same thing on mine & several others I know of. 2021’s. Gave up and said f it after 3 trips to shop & countless times greasing different components. Over 200k now & still the same.

I suggested we just don’t work in the rain. Powers at be didn’t agree.

Oh and forgot to add we have front airbag suspension and we grease the truck regularly. This started brand new, day 1. 336,000 miles later and still does it. Lol ugh

Does everyone with the problem have air bags? This is a great mystery that needs to be solved. Lol.

Apparently, we have airbags & that’s the conclusion we came to. OP drive’s to much. 336k on a 23model, when did you find time to grease it ?

I would also check my hood rests and brackets, as well as cab mount bushings. On occasion the inverted funnel shaped rests, could cause some odd noises and they are a common wear point.
