2021 volvo vnl won't selete 12th gear

bobtail good, empty trailer good, heavy load no 12th gear (42000lbs), no code no lights. went to one shop, they just updated software and didn't find anything.
any ideas?

 

I tried everything, downhill, manual

 

Its not the speed amd rpm, even with 70mph it will not shift to 12 gear, all gear good except 12

 

Just got some more info on this problem.

Take Me Home is a higher performance version of the XE package, recommended for bulk haul
applications. It locks out the top gear when the truck is loaded so the vehicle runs in 11th gear on the
highway, resulting in better performance at heavier weights.
Whether the vehicle is heavy or light is determined by the air suspension pressure measured on the
forward drive axle. This signal is checked every time the vehicle speed drops below and rises above 3
kph (2 mph) to ensure it is operating in the correct mode (heavy or light).
Note: This package is only available on vehicles with an overdrive I-Shift/mDrive
11L XE/SE Adaptive Gearing
Available with 405XE and 405SE
Default pressure to lockout top gear is 310 kPa (~68,000 lbs.)
Can be reverted back to a standard XE/SE with a SW update
13L XE/SE Adaptive Gearing
Available with 405XE/425XE/455XE and 415SE/445SE
Default pressure to lockout top gear is 240 kPa (~55,000 lbs.)
RAR changes from 2.6x to 2.5x
Cannot be reverted back to a standard XE/SE because of the RAR change.

Im thinking either the air suspension pressure sensor is bad, or some setting are wrong.
How can i fix it?

 

Thanks a lot. Will standard PTT work? Do i need the program one?

 

Do you know the parameter ID? I got PTT but couldn't find the setting.
