2021 Clearinghouse/Portal/Query problems

    Everybody has to do a limited query every year on every driver the deadline to do the first is today.

    I didn’t have a bit of trouble doing mine Saturday

    Look at how long the ELD mandate was extended. Had a year and a half to get an ELD, but 2 months before the deadline is when people actually started buying them, and of course caused a shortage.
    Waiting until the last minute is par for the course in trucking, and I'm sure most industries.

    Hi,i created an account on fmcsa and when i type in my usdot i have only one role which is Company Official and it says pendind even tho i requested it 2 weeks ago multiple times to approve it.All kind of errors pop up when i log into fmcsa protal too.What can i do?thanks

    I had a problem setting up my account. Wouldn’t let me, kept sending me back in circles. Finally gave up, called my consortium They set it all up, pulled queries, and took care of both Company and personal. It’s all set up. $53.00. First time I paid for any service. Worth avoiding the aggravation.

    You have to set up a DACH admin in the fmcsa portal.

    I would watch the movie that was posted here and follow the directions. You need two accounts to set things up since you will need to pull out a full query doing it the first time, one for the administrator, one for the driver (even though two is one person). The driver needs to authorize a full query request online.
    Use google chrome, and if something works, please don't click too fast, just wait for about 15 seconds before leaving a page. If you want it to do it too quickly it usually crashes. So, after entering the info, wait 15 sec or so before going to the next page. You might need to try many times before everything will work. I hope you saved error messages and correspondence you tried to do it. That might save you from paying penalties I believe if you are late.

    Sorry, I haven't been on here in a couple days but looks like you figured it out Beaver. I got a message from someone with the FMCSA that I called a week or so ago when I was having trouble. He said they weren't penalizing anyone for a couple more months. But, it was a VM message and I couldn't understand everything he was saying exactly.

    Their site is a joke. I can't believe interstate commerce relies on crap like this to get done.

    I did screenshot all the errors.
    I did everything like in the video up till 13:36. I have only Company official option and it says it pending.Tommorow ill try to call and see what they can do.
