2017 Freightliner Cascadia

I own a 2017 Freightliner cascadia evolution semi truck. The wipers have started acting up as they will work normal most of the time but sometimes they get delayed with their swipes or will only swipe once then stop. Then they work normal for awhile. Now when i turn on the left blinker the blinker will blink fast like the bulb is burned out and only happens to left blinker when on but it happens randomly. The bunk reading lights turn on randomly aswell.

When key is on ON position only the wipers cycle one time then off by themself.
These issues all started about one after another.

I have replaced the below after the issue but same issues occur.

The truck has new wiper motor with linkage.
Truck SSam has been inspected by freightliner and is working properly.
The turn signal switch has been replaced.
Removed all switches and cradle in bunk no corrosion all were clean.

Any tips what what it can be?
