2017 freightliner cascadia headlights issue

    Got 2017 cascadia, had regular halogen headlights, switched to OEM Led assembly headlights now only left side work low beam and high beam, right side low beam doesn’t work but high beam works what can be the issue?
    Didn’t have any issues with previous regular halogen headlight's
    I do get power at harness on right side but when its plugged in the headlight doesn’t come on

    Switching to LED sometimes requires more than just plug and play. They make wire in adapters and stuff to make it work right so you don’t have the fast blinker stuff and all. I’m not guaranteeing that you have to have that, but if your old ones worked fine I’d say it’s something like that. Just for the record I had a 17 Cascadia with factory LED headlights and they are awesome. Hope you can figure it out.

    Thanks, i will try to see, maybe its something to do with reprogramming the ecm

    If the high beam works make sure you don’t have a bent pin or broken wire at the plug.
    It could be a bad light assembly. With the low beams on try tapping on the back and see if it will flicker or anything.

    No broken wires, it does have power at cable when i test it with probe, does work with regular halogen bulb as well, the led light assembly is new, and was tested on my other truck and checked out to be working just fine.
